Availity

We utilize Availity for key processes and communications. Availity supports various administrative and clinical tasks, allowing healthcare providers like you to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Use Availity to:

  • Look up member benefits and eligibility

  • Submit claims

  • View Electronic data interchange (EDI) files

  • View claim remittance


Devoted Provider Portal

We also offer a dedicated provider portal that supports real-time reporting and tooling to help you treat patients and manage their care.

Use the portal to:

  • Submit electronic referrals and prior authorization requests

  • Check claim status

  • Submit claims disputes & check on dispute status

  • Verify prior authorization requirements by CPT code

  • View claim denial details beyond the EOP

  • View Stars reporting

  • Submit supplemental data

The provider portal is available through Availity. Simply log in to Availity using your credentials and navigate to Devoted Health’s payer space. From there, you can launch the Devoted provider portal. Our portal user roles and access guide will help you get set up and ensure users within your organization have the right access. 


Payspan

You can sign up for Payspan after receiving your first paper check from us.

Payspan allows your practice to:

  • View claim remittance

  • View Electronic Explanation of Payment (EOP)

  • View payment details
