Your plan might give you money to spend on toothpaste, vitamins, and lots of other products that keep you feeling your best. You’ll get a catalog in the mail around the time your plan starts.

How it works
Each quarter, you can use your allowance on several smaller purchases or spend the entire amount at once. Either way, be sure to use your full amount for that quarter — it won’t roll over to the next one.
New quarters start in January, April, July, and October.
How to place an order
In store
- Grab your Devoted Health member ID card and go to any standalone CVS, Navarro, or Longs Drug store with a pharmacy*
- Choose your items and show your Devoted Health member ID at checkout
- Note that in-store prices may not match OTC catalog prices — you always pay the catalog price
*You can’t use your benefit at CVS stores inside Target or Schnucks, or at certain CVS stores that don’t have a pharmacy. To check which stores participate, log in at CVS.
Online
- Log in at CVS. If you don’t have a CVS account, create one and use an email that you don’t share with anyone else.
- Place your order.
- Delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 days (up to 21 days to Hawai’i). Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info.
By phone
- Place your order with our CVS Flex Benefits partners by calling 1-833-287-0312 (TTY 711), Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, (in Hawai’i: 7am to 5pm).
- Most people order at the beginning or end of the month, so try ordering mid-month to avoid long hold times.
- Delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 days (up to 21 days to Hawai’i). If you want tracking info, ask the agent when you place your order.
