Getting Started with Devoted ePayment Center
Payment Transition to Zelis
Starting September 2026, Devoted will transition electronic payment processing from Payspan to a Devoted-sponsored ePayment Center in partnership with Zelis.
What’s changing:
Payments and remittance advice will be delivered through Devoted ePayment Center instead of Payspan.
What stays the same:
- There is no cost to receive electronic payments
- Your claim submission process does not change
What you need to do:
- To continue receiving payments and remittance advice electronically, enroll in Devoted ePayment Center at devoted.epayment.center/registration or call 855-774-4392.
- Historical payment data will remain available on payspanhealth.com
What you'll need to enroll
Have the following information ready:
- Federal tax identification number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Your practice’s corporate name and principal information
- Bank routing number (RTN or ABA)
- Bank account number
How to enroll
Follow these steps to set up your account:
- Visit devoted.epayment.center/registration
- Follow the instructions to obtain a registration code (you’ll receive a link via email)
- Use the link to complete your registration and create your account
- Log in to the portal and enter your bank account information
- Review and accept the ACH Agreement, then and click “Submit”
- Your bank account will receive ACH payments after successful bank account validation is completed (can take up to 6 business days)

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enroll if I’m already using Payspan?
Yes, to avoid any disruption, you will need to register for Devoted ePaymenter Center. You can do so at any time. If you are currently enrolled with Payspan, you will receive a communication from Zelis (noreply@epayment.center) with step-by-step instructions on how to continue receiving electronic payments to the Payspan-registered account.
What action do providers need to take?
- Currently enrolled in Payspan: Wait for communication from Zelis and follow the instructions provided.
- Not enrolled in Payspan: Enroll in electronic payments at any time through devoted.epayment.center/registration
What information is required to enroll?
You’ll need:
- 9-digit TIN or EIN
- Corporate name and primary details
- Bank routing number (RTN/ABA) and your organization's bank account number
Is there a cost to using the ePayment Center?
No. There is no fee for enrolling in Devoted ePayment Center or for receiving claim payments and remittance details.
I currently pay for a Zelis account (ZAPP) for my other payors, do I need to register for Devoted ePayment Center?
Yes, you will need to register separately for Devoted ePayment Center in order to view your payments and account information. The Devoted ePayment Center is free.
Will this change how I submit claims?
No. Continue to use the existing process for all claim submissions.
