Get Paid Back for Covered Purchases
If you paid out-of-pocket (with your own money) for things that your plan covers — like healthcare services, dental care, eyewear, or Wellness Bucks purchases — you can send a reimbursement request to ask us to pay you back.
Once we get your request, we’ll pay you back for the amount your plan covers. We can usually process requests in 30 days or less, but sometimes it may take up to 60 days.
This is the quickest and easiest way to get paid back. Here’s how it works:
- Log in to the Devoted member portal and choose “Get reimbursed” — or text PAYMEBACK to 866-85 to get a direct link to the right page
- Enter your information and upload your receipt
Here are a few things to note:
- For Part D prescription drug (pharmacy) reimbursements: The online form will not work — please print and mail our prescription drug reimbursement form instead.
- For members with a white and silver dental or dental/eyewear Mastercard: Get paid back faster by logging into your card’s account and making a payment request.
You also have the option to send us a paper form. Don’t have a printer? Text us at 866-85 or call us at 1-800-338-6833 (TTY 711). We can mail you a copy.
The form is an easy way to make sure you’re sending us all the right information. But if you prefer not to use it, you can send us the same information on a separate sheet of paper instead.
