Getting Started with Payspan

How to sign up

You can sign up for Payspan after receiving your first paper check from us. With that check, you'll also get an EFT registration code. Just go to Payspan's sign-up page, enter your code, and you'll be on your way.

Lose your code?

No problem. You can ask for a new one:

By email. Email PayspanProviderSupport@zelis.com and tell them you need a registration code for Devoted Health. Make sure to include your TIN in the email.
Online. Go to the Payspan registration code request page and complete the form.

Payspan will email your registration code within 48 hours of your request. Follow the email's instructions on how to sign up with your code.
