Change Healthcare (CHC) Outage Update

Because of the large-scale cybersecurity incident that CHC disclosed on February 21, 2024, many of CHC’s applications are not available to customers. In an abundance of caution, Devoted Health has also turned off its connections with CHC.

We know that this incident is disrupting routine business interactions for many organizations — such as submitting claims, requesting authorizations and referrals, and checking member eligibility and benefits.

While CHC works to get back up and running, Devoted is offering alternative options for our partners to complete these key business interactions without using CHC. Learn more about these alternatives
