Checking Member Information

How to verify members & check benefits

You can check member eligibility and view some member benefits in Availity. 

  1. Log in to Availity
  2. From the main menu, select Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry from the Patient Registration drop down
  3. Enter in member information and be sure to select Devoted Health as the payer
  4. The next page will provide real-time eligibility, coverage, and benefits information for the member 

Don’t have access to Availity? Call Provider Services to verify a Devoted member: 1-877-762-3515, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm local time.

For a full list of member benefits

Providers can also refer to the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for a complete list of plan coverage. View all plan documents, select the member’s plan, then select the EOC. 

Checking member eligibility as a delegated partner

You may need to use your own system to check member eligibility if you are a delegated partner. View delegated partner reference guide for more information.
