How do I use my OTC benefit?
In store
- Go to any standalone CVS, Navarro, or Longs Drug store (find a store near you). Note that CVS stores inside Target or Schnucks don’t participate in this benefit.
- While store prices may not match OTC catalog prices, you’ll always pay the catalog price.
- Tell the cashier you have OTC Health Solutions and show them your Devoted Health member ID.
Online
- Create an account using an email account you don’t share with a spouse or caregiver
- Delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 days (up to 21 days to Hawaii)
- You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships
Phone
- Order with OTC Health Solutions — our OTC partner — at 1-888-628-2770 (TTY 711), 9am to 8pm local time (Hawaii: 7am to 5pm)
- Delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 days (up to 21 days to Hawaii)
- If you want tracking info, ask the agent when you place your order
- Most people order at the beginning or end of the month, so try ordering mid-month to avoid long hold times
